Pizol, Switzerland 2017

Hello! I’m a Boston-based designer and artist whose work focuses on experimental communication via the convergence of art, technology, and culture. For my art portfolio, visit here.

Currently, I work as a Lead Product Designer at Motional, where I design the future of mobility with self-driving cars. I lead the design effort for the passenger experience with robotaxi, with a focus on accessibility through collaboration with UX researchers and IHCD.

In 2018, I received my master's degree in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art (UK). I got to explore interesting concepts such as our sentimental connection with smartphones and the role of metaphors in structuring our understanding of the world.

Over the summer of 2017, I was a user experience design intern at Google (Zurich) as part of the Travel Assistant team. Previously, I worked as a UI/UX designer at Intrepid Pursuits (Accenture), Boston’s mobile app development agency where I worked with clients in various industries.

In my free time, I run workshops, mentor aspiring designers, and volunteer for design work. When I'm not designing or coding, I enjoy braising elaborate dishes, playing piano, and trying out dance classes.

I’m always open for new projects and collaborations! Feel free to reach out and say hi at linhphaaam@gmail.com!
